This was my second time working with Tom Siegel and the team at Santa Barbara Auto Group, and they exceeded expectations once again. They really take the time to make sure you’re taken care of and never make the process feel rushed or stressful. The level of service is high-class, and you can tell they truly know what they’re doing. Everything was straightforward and easy from start to finish. I've purchased many cars in the past but my experience with Santa Barbara Auto Group and Jeff Knepp was BY FAR the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Jeff was pleasant to work with and did not try a pressure sell me on any vehicle or option upgrade. Jeff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the BMW that I was interested in purchasing. Although my situation changed drastically during my experience with Jeff and I didn’t purchase a vehicle, if I ever need to buy a car again I will be looking for Jeff to assist me.

I've purchased many cars in the past but my experience with Santa Barbara Auto Group was BY FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had been hunting for a used Porsche (my first!) for months when I saw one here. A 100% gem of a find and I knew I had to move quick. Not being from the area I decided to buy "sight unseen". I was unsure and apprehensive but Marc was honest and genuine from the very beginning. When I showed up to finalize the paperwork he came in on his day off to meet me and walk me through the process, introduce me to Skylar (who was incredible as she walked me through this amazing car's features) and at the end...congratulate me on the purchase. Not only was the car immaculate and the price unbeatable, this company rolled out the 'red carpet' for me even though my used car purchase was a fraction of what their new cars sell for. Thank you Marc, Skylar, and Santa Barbara Auto Group!

I recently purchased an Autobiography Range Rover and I must admit I was nervous at first buying a vehicle from across the country. My salesperson, Sydney Wasem, was there every step of the way to guide me and answer each of my million questions lol. If something was missing or not as it should be he made sure it was corrected before the vehicle was sent to me and every promise he made he kept. To top it off the vehicle got delivered earlier than expected. I made a few changes to it but I’m loving every minute of this wonderful vehicle.
